Booking Conditions
Deposit on Courses The deposit is payable within 5 days of booking Course C1 to C20 - $195 per course Course Programs - $500 Sailing Holidays - $500 (paid direct to our licensed Travel Agent)
The Balance Course 1 and 2 is payable on the day Course 3 to 20 is payable 30 days days before the course start Sailing Holidays - 60 days prior to charter Refunds - are not available
Courses
Open dated From 1st Januay 2008 courses are valid for 12 months from date purchase
Cancellation/rescheduling/change of dates Course 1 and Course 2 - More than 48 hours is required, inside 48 hours we have our boat and Instructor committed and we will charge a $25 rescheduling fee. Course 3 to 20 - More than 30 days notice is required. We have booked our large expensive yachts and are committed to the hire and use of the yachts.
Cancel or change of date within 30 days of the course start will forfeit 50% of fees paid.
Cancel or change of date within 14 days of the course start will forfeit 100% of fees paid.
We suggest have insurance against lost of fees in case of emergency or sickness. We will of course try to organize a replacement in the event of an emergency, however if we are unable to find a replacement the conditions above will be strickly enforced. No refunds available.
Inclement Weather
This is an outdoor sport and we ask that our Students arrive for the lesson. We provide light wet weather jackets. The Instructor will decide for the reasons of safety if the lesson will continue. Should the lesson be cancelled then the full lesson will be rescheduled to a date convenient to the student.
Cancellation: All Courses & Programs
Cancel within 5 days of booking the course, courses or Programs. We will refund less a cancellation charge of $195 per course. Cancel outside 5 days of booking - No refund. NB. Insurance is available.

Welcome to Sailing
Today is your introduction to sailing on Sydney Harbour. I know this will be the start of an incredible voyage. Set Sail safely and have fun! Please read our disclaimer and then sign this document and return it to our office prior to setting sail:
Some safety first, can you swim? If not, ask your Instructor for a Personal Flotation Device. Please make sure that you are aware at all times of the boom, that you keep your head low and don't let your head be hit by the boom. Prior to setting sail, your Instructor will ask if you can swim and conduct a safety briefing. Please ensure that you have enclosed soft soled shoes.

Booking Conditions - I have read and understood and agree to the booking conditions relating to rescheduling of lessons, cancellations and refunds, as set out in the Booking Schedule and on our website.
Photos - I AUTHORIZE /I DO NOT AUTHORIZE Pacific Sailing School or their agents to take photographs of me while I am participating in events organised through the School including sailing courses, social occasions, sailing holidays, racing and corporate events I understand the images may be altered and copy added and I waive the right to approve the finished product that may be reproduced on the School's website.
